Monitoring Improvement
- We use clinical assessments include PHQ-9, which measures symptoms of depression, or the GAD-7, which measures symptoms of anxiety.
- Users are continually screened using these standard clinical measures.
- Other programme assessments include the Bergen Insomnia Scale, the Brief Resilience Scale, the Perceived Stress Scale, and more.
The right level of support
We provide both supported and self-guided programmes.
Supported programmes provide extra guidance and encouragement to those who need additional guidance and motivation. Our supporters, who are experts in the behavioural health field, personalise the programme experience for participants so they are able to reach their goals quicker. Supporters can also unlock additional content based on the participants’ needs.
Our self-guided option allows participants to work through programmes at their own pace – available 24/7, from any desktop, mobile, or tablet.
