- **A customer asked a question specific to Amwell Home workflows** - _Is there a way to automatically log off certain providers associated with a specific practice at a set time, such as 8:00 PM daily? We want to target only our institution’s providers who are managing and using the practice. The goal is to provide them with an automatic end-of-day log-off time. This measure aims to mitigate provider error as providers who forget to log off remain available beyond their working hours._
