This [link](https://transparency-in-coverage.bluecrossma.com/) leads to machine-readable files (MRFs) for EIN# 20-5009396, EIN# 87-4696224 and EIN#42-1777595 and this [link](https://transparency-in-coverage.uhc.com/) leads to machine-readable files (MRFs) for EIN# 95-4845526 and EIN# 46-0779400.  These are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.  The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
